Moon Robotics (MoonBots VEX 862) is an Auckland-based VEX Robotics Club founded in 2024 by a father‑son duo.
We serve students across all Auckland area.
Our mission: make STEM education fun, accessible and inspiring for every learner aged 6–15.
Son Evan entered Lynfield College and joined the robotics club — Jason became a parent volunteer.

Library & school workshops are FREE · Ages 6–15 · No experience needed. While this event is entirely free, spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality experience for every child.

We work with local schools to bring robotics and STEM programmes to students during and after school hours. 🟢 Free Workshop option available.

Rangatahi that go through our programmes gain invaluable experience in:
Ages 6–15. Plastic snap-together kits. Focus on teamwork, programming and design.
Ages 14–18. Metal parts, advanced programming, full engineering notebook.
